Hongrun Machinery Adds Advanced CNC & Vacuum Furnace

Huzhou Hongrun Machinery Trading Co., Ltd. has completed the latest workshop equipment upgrade by introducing brand-new CNC machining centers and a high-performance vacuum quenching furnace, further boosting our production capacity and precision for manufacturing tube mill rolls.

As the core processing equipment for our forming rolls, the newly added CNC machines deliver tighter dimensional tolerance during rough turning and finish turning procedures. The upgraded equipment ensures higher consistency for each set of ERW tube mill rolls, reduces manual errors and shortens the lead time for customized orders.

The newly installed vacuum quenching furnace plays a critical role in heat treatment. Unlike traditional heat treatment processes, vacuum quenching minimizes oxidation and decarburization on the roll surface. This greatly improves hardness uniformity and wear resistance of our stainless steel tube forming dies, extending the service life of finished rolls for welded pipe production lines.

All production processes continue to follow ISO9001 quality management standards. From raw material feeding, CNC machining to vacuum heat treatment and final inspection, every step is strictly monitored. With enhanced hardware strength, we are better prepared to handle large OEM and ODM orders, and meet the rising demand from overseas clients in Russia and Southeast Asia.
