Hongrun Machinery Enhances Team Capabilities Through Technical Training

Huzhou Hongrun Machinery Trading Co., Ltd. recently held a comprehensive internal technical training session for our engineering, CNC machining and quality inspection teams, to further upgrade our manufacturing skills for tube mill rolls.

The training course combined theoretical lectures and practical case studies. Our senior technical engineer shared knowledge covering alloy material selection, CNC turning operation, vacuum heat treatment control, precision grinding and hardness testing standards. The team also discussed common technical challenges during custom development of ERW tube mill rolls, including surface wear control, dimensional tolerance management and roll profile optimization for different pipe forming requirements.

Special focus was placed on processing specifications of stainless steel tube forming dies. Participants analyzed real customer cases from Russia and Southeast Asia, exchanging solutions to extend roll service life and reduce defects in welded tube production. The training helped unify the operation standards across all production procedures, from design and rough machining to final inspection.
